Whole Home Renovation
Complete renovation of a 1970s split-level in Englewood. New kitchen, two updated bathrooms, refinished hardwood floors throughout, fresh interior paint, and updated electrical panel.

The Story
This family purchased the home knowing it needed work. We developed a phased renovation plan: Phase 1 addressed the kitchen (custom cabinets, granite counters, stainless appliances), Phase 2 updated both bathrooms (new tile, vanities, fixtures), and Phase 3 covered the rest of the home (hardwood refinishing, interior painting, 200-amp electrical panel upgrade, and new lighting throughout). The homeowners lived in the home during renovation, so we carefully scheduled work to keep disruption manageable.
Phased whole-home renovation: Phase 1 kitchen, Phase 2 two bathrooms, Phase 3 flooring refinishing, interior painting, and electrical panel upgrade throughout
Custom kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, new bathroom tile and fixtures, refinished original hardwood floors, 200-amp electrical panel
Homeowners lived in the house during renovation — required careful phasing to maintain one usable bathroom and kitchen access throughout the project
